Return & Refund Policy

HEYUNNIE ships Korean beauty products from Korea to Malaysia. Most orders go through cross-border delivery, so our policy follows international dropshipping standards. We aim to handle each case fairly.

02 · DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE
If something is wrong on arrival

If your product arrives damaged, broken, leaking, or with a defect, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at our cost.

How to request: Within 7 days of delivery, email us with:

  • · Your order number
  • · Photos of the damage and the outer packaging
  • · A brief description of the issue

We review each case within 2 business days and refund through your original payment method.

03 · WRONG PRODUCT
If you received the wrong item

Mistakes happen. If we sent the wrong product, contact us within 7 days. We will send the correct product or refund your purchase, and we cover all return shipping costs.

04 · CHANGE OF MIND
Unopened, original condition

If you change your mind, you may return the product within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • · The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • · All seals and protective films are intact
  • · The product has not been damaged by you
RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping cost from Malaysia to Korea is paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns. We do not cover the return shipping fee unless the product was defective or wrong.

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we refund the product price (excluding original and return shipping costs) within 7 business days.

05 · WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
Items not eligible for return
  • · Opened beauty products (hygiene reasons)
  • · Products damaged by misuse or accident after delivery
  • · Products returned outside the time window
  • · Free items received with your order
  • · Products without their original packaging

If you have a skin reaction or allergic response, contact us. Although such cases are not standard refunds, we review each one individually and may offer a partial refund or replacement.

06 · ORDER CANCELLATION
Before your order ships

You may cancel an order at any time before it ships from Korea. Email us with your order number. Full refund is processed within 3 business days.

Once an order has shipped from Korea, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery under the conditions above.

07 · COUPON HANDLING ON REFUNDS
What happens to your coupons

If you used a coupon on a Trial purchase and then refund the order, the coupon is voided and cannot be reused. This is to maintain fairness across our reviewer community.

If you receive a coupon for a review on a refunded Trial, the coupon is also voided.

09 · CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Import fees

If your country charges customs duties or import taxes on the order, these are paid by the customer at delivery. We do not refund customs duties or import taxes for any reason.

10 · HOW TO START A RETURN
The process

All return and refund requests start by email.

We respond within 2 business days with next steps. If a return is approved, we send the return address. For defective or wrong items, we provide a prepaid return label.

11 · YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
Malaysian consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Malaysian Consumer Protection Act 1999. If a product is defective, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you have additional rights under Malaysian law.
