Welcome to HEYUNNIE. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website (www.heyunnie.com) and our Trial & Review service. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
HEYUNNIE is operated by CLAPPIT Inc. ("we", "our", "us"), a company registered in the Republic of Korea.
You must be at least 14 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, submit false reviews, or attempt to abuse the Trial system.
When you purchase a Trial product, you are buying a full-size Korean beauty product at a price that covers our wholesale and shipping cost. In exchange, you agree to:
Reviews must reflect your genuine experience. Positive reviews are not required. Users who fail to submit a review may lose access to future Trials.
After signing up, you receive a Welcome Coupon for your first Trial. After each verified review you submit, you receive a new discount coupon for your next Trial. Discount amounts may vary by campaign.
Payments are processed by our payment partner Eximbay through Shopify. We accept international credit and debit cards. All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
Your card information is never stored on our servers and is handled directly by our payment partner under their security standards.
Most Trial products ship directly from Korea to your Malaysian address. Estimated delivery: 7 to 12 days. Some products with local stock arrive in 1 to 3 days.

You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. For damaged or defective products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo.

When you submit a review, photo, or video, you grant HEYUNNIE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, publish, and use your content for marketing and brand-partner reporting purposes.
You retain ownership of your content. You may request removal at any time by contacting us.
We may remove reviews that contain false information, promote competitors, contain offensive language, or violate any law.
We work directly with Korean brands to ensure product authenticity. All products are genuine. However, color, packaging, and ingredient lists may vary slightly based on production batches.
If any product contains animal-derived ingredients (such as collagen), we will note this in the product description.
Beauty products affect each person differently. We recommend patch-testing new products. We are not responsible for adverse reactions, but we will work with you on a case-by-case basis if issues arise.
The HEYUNNIE service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the service will be error-free.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect from the date posted. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Seoul Central District Court, Republic of Korea.
Malaysian consumers retain all statutory rights granted under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
